SHIPPING & RETURNS
Generally it takes us 24-48 hours to prepare your order and shipping takes approximately 3-7 days. Delivery times may be extended during promotion periods or at a busy time of the year such as Christmas. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If you did not receive your complete order, please contact info@dumpling100.com.au and we will make sure you get your order in its entirety.
To ensure we provide you with the best product possible at all times, we will only deliver to occupied home and office addresses. If your delivery arrives and no one is at the supplied address we will return it to our head office where you may pick it up. If this occurs we will notify you of the missed delivery and give you the option to either pick it up from the head office free of charge or have the items re-delivered to you at the original delivery rate you were charged.
Dumpling 100 will contact you one day before delivery to ensure you are at the premise.
If you have selected local pick up, we will notify you when your order has been processed and contact you also to arrange pick up.
Dumpling 100 is only able to offer returns/ exchange for items that are damaged or defective, or on incorrect orders. If any or your products have arrived detective, damaged or incorrect, please send an email to info@dumpling100.com.au with photos of the defect/damage and we’ll work on getting a return processed for you. Return requests may take a few days to process, please send us notice within 5 days of receiving your order in order to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
